Our initial nutrition consultation is $195 and typically takes approximately 75 minutes. During our initial consultation, we will conduct a thorough nutritional assessment. We will discuss your health history, nutrition goals, and counseling services. This assessment involves a series of "yes" or "no" questions, as well as open-ended questions, to help us create a customized care plan tailored to your specific needs.

Follow-up sessions are $145 and typically last 60 minutes. Follow-up sessions focus on establishing a solid foundation for ongoing dietary work and discussing both your struggles and successes. We also explore specific nutrition education topics, leaving you with clear and concise dietary goals and a more comprehensive understanding of general nutritional habits and practices.
